This was good, I think with the changes I intend to make next time it will be much better.
First, make sure everything is well diced, means small bits, not chopped.
Definitely, make sure you buy a small onion. Unless, you're doubling this.
I added S & P like the recipe said, but, since the recipe has celery, I also added celery seed. That did improve the flavor, I'm thinking next time, I will replace the salt with celery salt, and still add the celery seed.
I'm also thinking of adding in an apple or two. Finely diced, of course. I would suggest a sweet/tart apple. Don't use Red Delicious. Try Winesap, Jonagold, Rome. Those should be good. Good luck to you on making this, it is a good start.
