Great hot sandwich, and I'll definitely maket them after Thanksgiving! I used croissants, which made the sandwich a little more elegant. Also added a little turkey gravy on the bread, which added more flavor.

Wow, these were great. I thought warm mayo might be weird, but it works very well. I'm making them again today.

I thought these were really good, exceded my expectations, my husband didn't like them as much but he attributes that to the mayo, not the recipe. Would definately recommend!

Good, not great. Needed to use leftover turkey so I guess it accomplished that. Granted I used Miracle Whip but the overall flavor was just a little strange for us.

This is an excellent way to get fresh vegetables in the diet aside from the daily salad. I used Smart Beat Brand Nonfat Mayonnaise along with some chopped and mashed avocado for added nutrition. Instead of buns I used this on two slices of oatmeal bread. I also added a tbsp. of parmesan cheese. This was great! Very filling!

These sandwiches were all right. I found them a bit bland so I think I might add a diced apple or some chopped grapes.

This was sooooooo yummy. I didn't have any celery on hand, so I peeled and diced a small apple instead. It added a nice crunch and sweetness. Otherwise, I followed the recipe and my boyfriend loved it so much that he ate two sandwiches!

This was good, I think with the changes I intend to make next time it will be much better. First, make sure everything is well diced, means small bits, not chopped. Definitely, make sure you buy a small onion. Unless, you're doubling this. I added S & P like the recipe said, but, since the recipe has celery, I also added celery seed. That did improve the flavor, I'm thinking next time, I will replace the salt with celery salt, and still add the celery seed. I'm also thinking of adding in an apple or two. Finely diced, of course. I would suggest a sweet/tart apple. Don't use Red Delicious. Try Winesap, Jonagold, Rome. Those should be good. Good luck to you on making this, it is a good start.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE! I made it for a youth event to feed 60 people at my church Thanksgiving of 2006 and they ask for it every year. I made it again for this years Thanksgiving outreach. It turned out amazing. Add turkey gravy for extra moisture and an extra layer of amazing flavor.

This was good. We had extra turkey leftover from Christmas and thought to use this recipe. Not too sure I liked the egg consistency with the turkey, but the flavor was great. Thanks for the post.

Very good. The only thing I did different was to use the chiptole mayo recipe from this site to give it a little kick. Yummy, great way to use up left over turkey. Thanks for the post.

So good!! I used hard rolls and topped the chicken salad with Vermont cheddar cheese. Mixed a little horseradish in with the mayo. Thanks so much Jeanne!
