I looked everywhere for a hot spinach dip that did not contain artichokes and finally found this one. This dip is so good! The hardest part is draining all the water from the spinach and that's not hard at all. I used low-fat cream cheese and it worked just fine. It's great served with carrots, tortilla chips, wheat crackers, toasted baguette, you name it.

my family gave rave reviews for this. I did take the suggestion of some and added a bit of garlic powder and onion seasoning. I also made it 3/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup sour cream instead. Absolutely delish!!!

Close to the stuff you get at Montana's and Kelsey's. It lacked a little flavour at first. Added garlic and onion powder. I added some red pepper flakes and Tabasco for heat. I baked it in the oven at 350' stirring it and adding more cheese as needed. I kind of went crazy with the cheese. I used different amounts of Jalapeno Havarti, Marble, Mozzarella and Parmesan. The kids even liked this. I served it with tortilla chips. I think I might even freeze portions of it for later since it made a big batch.

This was so easy and so delish! My hubby does not like artichokes, so this works well, and less expensive. I add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp garlic powder. I also added 4 oz. of feta this last time I made it, but x-act was X-LENT. X-LENT recipe!

This was pretty good. I used cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella, and sour cream instead of mayonnaise and I added some chopped red onion. I baked it in a 350 F oven for 20 min. Good, but not quite restaurant quality.

So yummy! Yes, use fresh baby spinach and bake (350 for 25-30) rather than microwave. Top with some extra parm or mozza. So good!!!

This is a very easy recipe. I used some onion powder and chopped garlic for extra flavor. I also just used mozzarella cheese instead of the Parmesan (Because I did not have any on hand) CAME OUT GREAT!!! I served it with Tortilla chips!

AWESOME tasting dip!!! I haven't made many spinach dip recipes from this site and don't think I will be trying anymore after this one. I halved the recipe and added 1/4 teaspoon of garlic and onion powder. I used monterey jack cheese in place of the parmesan. Heated in the microwave for only 2 minutes and it was bubbling. My VERY picky 12 year old daughter LOVED this! We tried it using crackers (triscuits, snack sticks) but really liked using triangle pita slices and cut up mini bagels. Will definitely be making this again and again!! Very creamy, tasty and flavorful.

This was so good- will definitely be a favorite of mine now! I used fresh spinach, added some jarred, minced garlic, and onion powder. I baked at 325 for about 20 minutes, then put some more cheese on top and broiled until browned. Delicious- thanks so much for this recipe!

I found this dip to be very tasty. I also added artichokes and it turned out well. Next time though I will bake in the oven. It didn't stay warm for very long after coming out of the microwave.

I added a can of artichokes (chopped) and baked at 350 for about 30-45 minutes instead of microwaving. I've made it twice now, and it was a big hit!
