I did a half-batch using ½ cup sugar, ½ cup dry milk, ½ cup creamer, 1/4 cup cocoa, and I used 3 TBS instant coffee instead of 2 TBS. I heat a large mug (around 12 ounces) of half-water, half-milk in the microwave for 80 seconds and mix in 4 slightly-heaping teaspoons, and it is fabulous! It gets sort of frothy after stirring...
