This recipe pairs up salsa and spinach to create a mouth-pleasing appetizer! I served this at a cooking party and everyone enjoyed. (They like it so much that it was gone!) I added extra spicy salsa to really give it a good kick!

Took this to Bunco and it was a hit. I had it in a deep dish and baking it for 15 min. was not long enough. I would really watch for it to "bubble" to gauge how long to cook! REALLY GOOD!

I made this for a party over the weekend and it was delicious! I had some requests for the recipe, which I always take as a good sign. I omitted the black olives (not a huge fan of those) and used a "fiesta blend" of shredded cheese instead of plain jack cheese. It was awesome, if I do say so myself.

I did change the recipe a bit because I felt the original was lacking something. I added black beans, corn and jalapeno's for some kick which made this dip a winner in my book!
