I left out the wine and the olives because I did not have any on hand and my boyfriend hates olives anyway. It still turned out delicious. I have taken this to a few parties and everyone has absolutely raved about it. Thanks.

Like other reviewers, I didn't add the milk. I also cut back half the cream cheese and cheese. The flavor is still good and since it's a vegetable, should still be more healthy than not! Was delicious.

This was great. I added black beans instead of olives and used medium salsa. A nice twist on spinach dip!

I really enjoyed this dip. I omitted the evaporated milk because a lot of people were saying it came out too soupy. I added a can of black beans, and that added great substance. I also used hot salsa which gave it a perfect kick.

This dip is fantastic. Not much to look at but hey, IT'S SALSA MIXED WITH SPINACH! You can't expect that to look too appetizing, but it didn’t look atrocious. All that matters is that it tastes superb! Next time might mix in either a can of diced green chilies or jalapenos to kick it up a notch! Thanks for the recipe!

I though this was very good. I used Medium Salsa. My husband requested I use hot the next time I make it for a little extra kick. It was a hit at our superbowl party though! I served it with tortilla chips and french bread.

We thought this was just "average", and not worth all the hype given it. Compared with the consistency of so many other dips, I found the 1 cup of evaporated milk to make it too soupy for our liking. The leftovers did firm up a bit, which made it more appetizing. Good, but not great.

Oh my gosh! This was soooo EASY and sooooo good! I substituted black beans (as someone had suggested in the reviews) for the black olives to save time and it was fantastic! I made it for a group that meets at my house every other week and they LOVED it! I WILL make this again!

We love this dip! Great way to get my 2 & 4 year olds to eat spinach! The first time I made it, I followed the recipe. This time, I added crab and artichoke. YUMMY! Will definitely do that again! And of course, now my kids are eating spinach and artichokes without knowing it 'cause they are smothered in a creamy cheese sauce. I just keep the unbaked mix in a large covered casserole and dish out what we need as we go through busy company filled weekends. It works out great and you can either microwave or bake it. Thanks!

I served this at my family Christmas get together. It was gobbled up. I made it again when I got home from visiting because you can have it in the fridge and heat up a little at a time with some chips as a snack! Excellent.

I am so happy that I found this recipe! I will make it again and again. It is delicious, and so easy to make! I served it at a party and once everyone tasted it, they couldn't stop eating it - or talking about it! They all went home with a copy of the recipe. This recipe is a keeper! Thank you!

This dip is fantastic. Every time I make it for a party everyone loves it, especially the guys. I leave out the black olives because I don't care for them. At the suggestion of another reviewer, I add a can of drained black beans and it is perfect. I also use hot chipotle salsa which gives it a great kick!
