Barbara Adams
"Hard-cooked eggs and chopped ham take center stage in these warm sandwiches from Barbara Adams. 'I have relied on this rapid recipe since my mother-in-law shared it with me,' says the North Andover, Massachusetts reader. 'It fits my busy schedule perfectly.'"

This is a favorite comfort food of mine!! My mom has made these for years. I usually leave out the olives and onions. My mom has a friend who will make these up ahead and freeze them to pull out later as needed.
