I made this to take to a friends house over the weekend and all 3 women there wanted the recipe. It is very easy to make and tastes incredible! I made it as written except I did chop the peanuts. I will be making this again.

Very delicious and easy to make. You do need to have a deep pan though. I placed my cake in the freezer for about 1 hour to freeze the top; this made it easier to cover it with plastic wrap, without making a mess of the top. I also sprinkled it with skor bits. Before serving, I drizzled caramel/ butterscotch topping over it. Yum!

Loved this recipe - it came out great and was as easy as everyone said. I had a funny shaped pan, so I had to cut some of my icecream bars to fill the pan but they cut easily with a knife. I used Cookies & Cream icecream sandwiches on the bottom layer and regular vanilla on the top layer. Made it look like even more layers. I agree with other reviews that it tasted better the second day. I think I'll try again in the future and take the basic idea and try different flavors of syrup and different toppings. Wow'ed everyone who tried it.

I had my doubts as I was putting this together but was pleasantly surprised by the end results. I crushed up cocktail peanuts and put them in between layers and used crushed up reeses pb cups on top. I loved the contrasting saltiness from the peanuts. And I drizzles caramel topping on top with the reeses. Very very good. Halved recipe and 5 of us ate it, with more than half remaining!

Great idea. I felt like I had an expensive cake from 31 Flavors in the house. We call it "poor man's 31 Flavor cake." It didnt' last long at my house.

I have made this recipe alot and it always gets rave reviews.I have made it with peanut butter ice cream sandwiches and for peanut butter lovers this is the way to go.It did take more sandwiches then stated but it depends on the size of the sandwiches.

We've made this numerous times now and *love* it. It's so easy, my kids usually make it in less than 10 minutes. We always use hot fudge in place of the chocolate syrup and top it with crushed peanut butter cups. Amazingly easy and delicious!

This was a BIG hit. I used my round ice cream cake pan so I had to cut and fit some. Instead of using peanuts I used almonds but only on the top. I used toffee bits in the middle and some along with the almonds on tops. WOW! It is a rich dessert but soooo yummy and easy to do. Thank you so much for sharing!!!! :))))

This was a hit last night! Wow, couldn't have been any easier. Following others' suggestions, I poured the chocolate/peanut butter mixture on first followed by the Cool Whip. For the first layer of Cool Whip, I added some vanilla instant pudding for extra flavour. I wouldn't bother next time because I think the flavour just got lost in the chocolate. I omitted the nuts since a couple of people don't like "bits" and chopped up a Milky Way bar to put on top. I also drizzled some caramel on top of the Cool Whip. I've already had to e-mail this recipe out this morning. Everyone loved it!

This has to be one of the easiest desserts I have ever prepared...not to mention one of the yummiest! To add more of a bite, I added toffee bits and chopped walnuts to each layer. It was quickly devoured by both kids and adults. It's an easy crowd pleaser and my quick go-to recipe. :)
