INGREDIENTS
1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
1 (16.5 ounce) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1 (15 ounce) can pear halves, drained
1 (15 ounce) can peach halves, drained
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

DIRECTIONS
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, combine the pineapple, cherries, pears and peaches. Combine the brown sugar, butter, curry, cinnamon, nutmeg and reserved juice; pour over fruit. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until heated through.

This is a very nice recipe. I added more spice and less butter. I also like it better with fresh fruit.

I made this on the stovetop using only crushed pineapple. I served it with baked ham - very good. Next time I will add more curry - this was a really mild taste.
