These are so cute! I cant wait to make them! How did they ever thing of this?! I love the (pretzel) handle! These are going to be great for parties and stuff like that!
Made these tonight and they came out perfectly! I had to use plastic shot glasses, had a hard time getting them out at first even though I used Pam. I ended up making a small cut in the cup at the rim and pulled each side until there was a slit to the bottom of the cup. The cups released easily after that. They are just adorable and can't wait to make them again! :) Great taste and cute presentation. Thanks for sharing!
Its a really easy recipe to make (although it was hard to take the pudding out the cups). But i would have preferred a homemade version (without a packet)recipe. everyone loved the idea though!
The taste of this pudding/mousse is decadent. The texture is mousse-ish. It's chocolatey but that distinct pudding taste is most evident. Used white chocolate instead of bittersweet. Stopped at the middle of step two. Instead of using shot glasses I put the chocolate mixture into a piping bag and refrigerated it. Once it set up I took it out of the fridge to let it sit at room temp for two minutes so it would pipe. Then I had to work quickly "frosting" the cupcakes so the heat of my hands didn't melt it. Stored the cupcakes right away in the refrigerator. A nice lighter tasting change for my cupcakes since I am a butter-cream queen. Very good. YUM!
