Easy to make, and turned out wonderfully. Kids kept asking for more.

I added some vanilla and a little more chocolate and confectioners sugar. Otherwise good!

I used Hershey's special dark cocoa powder and instant choc pudding mix and it turned out with quite a rich choc flavor that had some body to it. I also put small amts in the blender (about half a blender full) in order to blend it better and get it into a fine powder.

I really dislike the aftertaste of powdered milk, so I used powdered vanilla creamer to replace the milk, also I doubled the amount of baking cocoa to get a richer flavor. Then I added powdered peppermint to half of the mix, yum. I really like the added pudding mix in this, made a great texture. Thanks :)

This was a great Hot Cocoa recipe. I gave it to several people as gifts for Christmas and everyone loved it....including myself!

Try adding French Vanilla-flavored coffee creamer to this in lieu of plain coffee creamer. It makes all the difference!

I thought this would be a great gift idea. First time around I followed the recipe. I thought it was way too sweet and not "chocolatey" enough. Second time around I omitted the icing sugar and doubled the baking cocoa. It was less sweet and more chocolately but my hubby said all he got the distinct aftertaste of powdered milk and non-dairy creamer. I wasted money on this recipe and will hopefully find a better pickings elsewhere.
