Yum! That was the concensus of my book club who gobbled this up. I used Turkey chili and less fat cream chesse to make it lighter. Unfortunately, I was out of onions, so tried to make it without, but without the onions it was very runny. After adding the onion sauteed with paprika and cumin, I couldn't keep my kids and husband away from it!

This was pretty good. I ended up melting another block of cream cheese into it right before serving because it seemed too watery to us. The guys kept eating it, but noone commented on it so I probably won't be making it again.

The crock pot was full, so I baked this for 30 minutes at 375. Like a dunce, I forgot the black olives. It was still a hit with the crowd.

Excellent, easy, and tasty. The flavors blend after it has heated awhile, but it tasted good after a minute....and I ate a bunch of it right then.

I got a recipe similar to this from the quick cooking magazine years ago and have been making it ever since.Everyone loves it and it is my all time favorite dip. I follow the recipe exactly and it is awesome!! It makes quite a bit...don't try to speed it up by cooking it on the stove, it is not as good as in the crock pot.
