excellent! who would not like this cheesy, yummy, warm, gooey concoction of flavor. Even when it got cold it was good! I didn't have parsley or chives, and i will add next time, but it still turned out great. everyone at the party devoured it - i kicked it up a notch with about 8 dashes of hot sauce. thanks for what will be a STAPLE to bring to parties.

Overall this was a good dip that went over well at my Super Bowl party. Personally, I am a big fan of refried beans and felt that the bean flavor was overwhelmed by all the dairy. I will make this recipe again, but I will definitely cut the cream cheese and sour cream in half.

This is a great recipe. I have made this many times. You will need the whole package of taco seasoning for more flavor, get mild and it won't be hot. Make sure to soften the cream cheese in the microwave and stir the sour cream and cream cheese with the taco seasoning well before mixing in the refried beans. I double and make a 9x13 dish. Thanks.

Prepared this last night for company. Everyone raved. I added some jalopena slices under the top cheese layer. I also sprinkled some of the leftover taco seasoning on top prior to baking it - it made it look pretty. We will do this one again!

I had high hopes for this recipe and was disappointed. It was just OK. I made it for our Super Bowl party and there are leftovers still in my fridge - over half of it is left. People seemed to enjoy the standby classic Rotel cheese dip more.

Sooooooo good. Everyone loved it. I used cilantro instead of parsley for a bit more flavour, and a little extra cheese on top.

I really liked this, but it didn't go over as well as I thought it would. The boyfriend said the beans were too dominant. I liked it and will make it again, maybe with a different crowd.

Love it! I used 1 t. dried cilantro instead of the parsley & reg. onion instead of green onions. (what I had on hand) I also halved the recipe since I was just making it for my family for football watching purposes. Speaking of football, WAY TO GO, LONGHORNS!!! We HOOKED 'EM!!! Vince, we'll miss you....

This was pretty good as bean dips go. I left out the hot sauce and parsley, replacing it with some thick salsa. Also added a pound of ground beef. After browning the beef, I threw everything in the crockpot (as someone else suggested) and let it heat up. It turned out pretty good. Be careful if you use the crock, however. After it warms, the dip tends to curdle a little with all of the dairy products in it. Watch it closely.
