A tad on the sweet side, and not quite "sour" enough for my tastes. Very good, but next time I'll cut down on the sugar and increase the vinegar just a little. Thickened up nicely. Easy enough to make any night. Thanks!

This was the best...very close to Marie Callendar's before they stopped serving it! I would recommend putting it in the refrid. over night, then using it. SO MUCH BETTER THE NEXT DAY!

This is heaven in your mouth. This is the closest thing to TGI Fridays' Cajun Chicken Fried Salad I've ever had. Add some spicy fried chicken pieces over a salad of roman lettus, spinach, boiled egg slices, avacado and this dressing and Bam! Who needs a fancy place to eat?

I omitted the pimentos (since I didn't have any on hand) and it still came out delicious. I will make it the same way next time (and there will definitely be a next time) if for no other reason than to save money. Poured it hot over a spinach salad; it was a huge hit with my family and dinner guests...and I woke up in the middle of the night craving more!

Very tasty. Used the recipe ingredients, but not the same volume. Also used turkey bacon. Had to add a bit of olive oil since the bacon didn't produce any of its own.

Fabulous, had friends practically fighting over last leaf of spinach salad! :) I used fancy onions and did not have pimientos; toasted pine nuts for the final touch. Easy to make.

Loved this recipe. Better than the Pa Dutch version I grew up eating. I divided the ingredients by 3 to make less dressing. I did not add salt, pepper or pimento. I only used 1/2 the amount of sugar. I served it over a sturdy lettuce with hard boiled egg slices on top. With the egg this makes a good entree.
