Just tried this recipe and it was fantastic! Left out the pimentos though. I used a 1 lb. of bacon when completed I used it mixed in with shredded Napa Valley cabbage. Everyone loved it!!

This recipe is the greatest! I use a whole pound of bacon though, since it makes so much. Also didn't have the right mustard, so used spicy brown. The family raved about it! It tastes just like the dressing made at Tippecanoe Restaurant in South Bend. Thank you so much..will use all the time!

Tasted great! Used fresh spinach from our garden. It does make a lot of dressing.

Loved, Loved, Loved It! We will make this many times. This is a large batch but it kept for 2 weeks in the frig and just as good then.

I made this tonight when the neighbors came over unexpectedly for dinner. Everyone raved about it! I didn't have pimientos either, but didn't miss them. I also think this would be great with a little pepper flakes or hot sauce -- would make a great sweet, hot flavor!

Love this recipe!! I used turkey bacon with great results~~ Great over spinach salad. I added mandarin oranges,dried cranberries and sliced hard boiled egg over spinach, then spooned dressing over. All the flavors together was fabulous!! A bit of sweet with sour and surprisingly light tasting.

Very good, I didn't have pimento either, but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. Even my 4 year old liked it and ate all his spinach!
