This is very similar to a recipe I make. My only changes are that I use 12 slices of bacon (cook until crispy)and chop up an entire small onion. I've also substituted the Monteray Jack with Cheddar when I don't have any on hand...not a big deal. This is a dish that people hover around b/c they can't stop eating it...soo yummy!!
