The changes I made: I used 1/8 c. sour cream and 1/8 c. mayo. I used 1/2 c. Parmesan rather than Parmesan and Romano. I also used a hand blender to thoroughly chop the spinach, and I mixed the mozarella in with the other cheeses as well as putting a little on top. It came out absolutely delicious! I served it with toasted pita bread which worked well.

My whole family loves this dip. The amount of spinach is perfect. I've always thought the usual addition of 10 ounces of frozen spinach in other recipes was too much and tended to dry out the dish. This is a keeper for my crew!

It was ok. Kind of dry and once it cooled down a bit it was hard to eat at all.

If im going to attend a party, everyone says I can't come through the door without this! I follow the recipe exactly except for I use sour cream instead of mayo, and a little extra minced garlic. Kids usually don't like this. I serve it with lime flavored tortilla chips, and french baguettes that are toasted and sliced.

OMG...this is sooo good. I always get requests to serve this whenever I have a get-together. I took some other reviewers recommendations and use 1/8 cup mayo and 1/8 cup sour cream (instead of 1/4 cup mayo). I use 3 cloves of garlic instead of 1. To make it extra special, I serve it in a pumpernickle bread bowl, using the bread cubes for dipping. Yum, yum, yum!

This recipe is easy and delicious. I used marinated artichoke hearts but rinsed and drained them well. I didn't have any left overs since everyone couldn't stop eating it. This is a keeper.

I make this dip exactly as it appears here and it is terrific! (although I do like spinach so I usually add some more). I take this to parties all the time and people love it so much - they always ask for the recipe.

Every time I make this for parties, everyone raves about it!!!! I use a pizza cutter to easily chop up the artichokes. I leave out the basil. The garlic really adds the extra flavor. Awesome dip!!!!!

I've made this recipe many times now and and it is always a hit! I'm often asked to make it for family/friend gatherings and everyone loves it. I always double the recipe because its usually for a larger crowd and there's never leftovers because people can't get enough!

This is a very good dip. I would even leave out the artichoke next time because you can barely taste them. My only tip is to chop/process the spinach as finely as possible so that the dip isn't so stringy.

This was pretty yummy, but not quite the taste I was hoping for. Definitely needs more garlic. Maybe a bit less artichoke for my preference. Definitely good, none-the-less. Will be making again with some changes.

This was wonderful!! I'm a big spinach artichoke dip fan but have never made it myself. It was soo easy! I did cheat and used an Italian blend cheese instead of buying all of the individual cheeses. My only other change was to add most all of the spinach in the bag (I did not have an immediate use for it and did not want to waste it) and I added about a 1/2 cup more cheese. I took others suggestions and mixed all of the cheese in vs putting some on top. My fater-in-law bypassed the chips and was eating it with a fork. He told me it was a great spinach casserole. I'm keeping this one for life.

This is the best Artichoke and Spinach Dip recipe that I've ever come across. I took the advice of Rebec1120 and tossed the cheese in with the rest of the ingredients instead of putting in on top. Thanks for sharing this recipe Tiffany!
