This dip was amazing! Everyone loved it. I didn't really like the mozzarella sprinkled on top, it made it really hard to dip that first chip in. I'll probably omit next time, or mix it in. This was perfect though!

So good! I took others' advice and used sour cream instead of mayo, and I mixed the mozzarella in with everything else. To go with the dip, I cut a loaf of French bread into slices, brushed them with melted butter, and toasted them in the oven until golden brown and crunchy. Perfect!

Loved this! I made with canned spinach because (for some reason) that is what I had. It didn't make a difference, it was still delicious! It is creamy and nothing overpowers another. I served with slices of toasted french bread.

everyone raves when I make this!! I'm a college student and buying all the cheeses can be a bit pricey so what I usually do is get the Kraft parmesean/romano cheese blends in a shaker, they're cheaper than buying the cheese by the lb, and it tatse great too! love love love this recipe!

Truly a delicious dip. The only changes I made was to add more garlic because I LOVE garlic, I used fresh spinach, which I cooked first and squeeze the water out of, and I added more mozzarella cheese because I like my dip gooey and not just creamy. It was a big hit! Thanks!

This is my daughter's favorite! She loves to order this when dining out for an appetizer, but has rated this as her favorite! We also have had no complaints while entertaining. This usually ends up one of the first empty dishes.

I made this for game night and an office party and it was a total success! Everyone raved about how great the dip was. Then, about a week later one of co-workers told me that she went out to dinner, ordered the spinach artichoke dip, and said it didn't compare to the one I made. It beat restaurant style dip!

I was so happy to find this recipe again. I had lost it for a while. I make exactly as is except for mozz on top. It doesn't need it and you can shave off a few calories!

I may have added too much spinach/artichokes - but the taste was good, but I was hoping it would be more creamy and it just wasn't really.

Followed others by substituting sour cream for mayo, and that was about all I changed. Perfect hot or cold!

Yum! I really enjoyed this. I used fresh spinach, all paremsan cheese, and took another reviewers suggestion to use sour cream instead of mayo and mixed thoroughly instead of adding the layer of cheese on top. This was soooooo good!
