Very, very delicious! Took other reviewers suggestions to use sour cream instead of mayo and used fresh mozzarella. Mixed some of the mozzarella in with the mixture and sprinkled a little on top. Was a huge hit and something I will definitely make again.

GREAT recipe!!! Although I left out the garlic salt (because artichoke hearts usually come in brine) and also used fresh spinach. I wilted about 90g (because some juice comes out), then chopped and threw that in. PERFECT!!! Definitely a staple for my dip recipes. Thanks :)

This was wonderful. I had read the previous reviews and worried it would be bland so I added a finely chopped shallot, hot sauce, and a heaping spoonful of sour cream to the recipe. It was outstanding!

I JUST made this for a potluck @ work. MAJOR hit!!! I sub mayo with sour cream, doubled everything and add a couple shakes of cayenne pepper for a little "kick" at the end. I had it going in a crockpot in my cube and everytime I opened the lid to stir, my coworkers were moaning. LOL!!!

Awesome recipe!!! So quick and easy! The only changes I made were that I used Asiago cheese instead of Parmesan because that's what I had on hand. Very similar flavors and turned out wonderfully. I also used light mayo and light cream cheese to cut down on the fat. I highly recommend this recipe. Even better than the previous spinach artichoke dip recipe I made from this site. Definitely a keeper!

Needed lots more spinach and little more artichoke. Stirred in the cheeses and it was great that way.

I made this for my wife because it is her favorite appetizer at Applebees. She said this was the best she has ever had. I used the dry grated cheese but next time I think I will use fresh grated cheese instead.

This recipe is perfect AS IS. The first time I made it, I made some modifications that I won't mention because they didn't add to the YUM factor. This time I did everything as written (except I do it in the crock pot) and it was fantastic! A keeper, for sure.

I haven't made this exact recipe but do make one very similar. I just wanted to give a suggestion of something I do when I make this dip. I saute mushrooms and put them on the top for say the last 10 minutes of cooking. We love mushroom and this dip so it is a perfect combination. I alwasy wish I had a second dish to pop into the oven - It's always gone before I get any!

This was the best! I've been looking for a good spinach artichoke dip for a while and this is it! A huge hit at our last party. Now I just need a good tortilla recipe.

I made this, as others suggested, using sour cream in lieu of mayonnaise, the rest of the recipe I followed exactly. It's good, I suppose, but I don't like it enough to make it again. It feels like its missing some flavour (maybe because of the sour cream?) and the texture was a little thicker than I normally like.

I was a bit disapointed in the flavor. Served it to friends and the consensus was that it was very bland. If I made it again, I would have to add LOTS more seasoning.

I always have to at least double this recipe when I make it goes so quickly! I put mine in a crock pot for about 2 hours on high. Once everything is all melted together i turn it to low and serve! I also use shredded parmesan instead of the grated that is recommended. It's always a winner!
