Amazing! I doubled this recipe for a party at work and it was a HIT!! I didn't have much time to prepare it, so I purchased the cheeses and one bag of mixed italian cheese (with romano, parmesian, etc) and one bag of straight mozzarella cheese and it worked great!

I have made this dip 3 times now and it is always delicious! In place of heavy cream I used some cream cheese and mayo. This is always a hit and is great for football season.

I always order this dip in restaurants and so for my sister's bridal shower I decided to try and make it myself. This turned out amazing. Everyone loved it. even my mother & sisters, who don't like spinach or artichoke!!! I served it with wheat thins and tortilla chips... I will definitely make this for the next get together as well.

In the restaurant this is typically mostly spinach and hardly any artichoke due to the cost. This recipe is affordable and better than most restaurant versions.

I made this for Easter with the family. It was gone within 30 minutes and I dont have a large family. The only modification that I made was that I added about a tablespoon (give or take) of olive oil.

I hate artichoke and spinach but my friend made me try it for a foods class we took together and I ended up LOVING it! i am actually gonna make it for my family this weekend for Easter and I know they will love it!:)

Very good dip. I made some changes based on what others said like subsituting cream cheese for the heavy cream, adding a little more garlic and using a four cheese grated blend with asiago instead of romano. It tasted even better the next day when I ate the leftovers. Will definately make this one again.

I made it after reading all the good reviews about it. It turned out absolutely great!Everybody liked it and I got many requests for the recipe. The only con I felt about this dish is that it's a bit too heavy with all the cheeses. Not a good choice for weight watchers.

This was very good. I made it exactly as the recipe indicated. I will definintely try adding/using cream cheese next time. The romano/parm cheese flavor was just a bit strong.

This was a hit at the baby shower I threw recently. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about it-and it went quick! I will definitely use this as my one recipe when I want to make spinach artichoke dip again. Rich, tasty and easy to make!

We loved this! I substituted cream cheese for the sour cream, and added a bit more heavy cream. Great flavor, great consistency. Even my toddler devoured it!
