I made this dip for an event at work and it was gone! I had so many people asking for the recipe! I did substitute the pimentos with green chilis and it was great. Very easy and fast to make too.

I ALWAYS rate AS WRITTEN. However, this is easily a magnificent, 5-star recipe by simply replacing the pimentos with 1 large, or 2 small, jalepeno peppers (as others suggested). With the pimentos only it is very bland. Thanks for the wonderful recipe! Sooooo good for football season!

Great dip! I have made it for my family and the teachers at my school. Everyone has raved about it. The teachers asked for the recipe.

Great and easy...I would probably double this next time if I was taking it to a group of more than 6-8...it doesnt make a ton. tastes amazing hot or cold!
