It was one of those nights where I got a very late start on dinner and needed to come up with something FAST. Hubs threw some brats on the grill and I made these along with "Pesto Squash," also from this site. It's incredible how quickly you can put a great, fresh, homemade meal on the table! This was just delicious and nearly as good as a similar recipe from this site that's baked in the oven for an hour. As written the horseradish flavor is pleasant and subtle and we enjoyed it just as is. Those who like a little kick may want to add more. Great recipe that contributed to a speedy but excellent meal.

Made this on the stove top instead of the microwave and had to add some heavy whipping cream. I also upped the horseradish as well as the butter. Went well with prime rib.

These weren't bad. I ate them but didn't think "Wow, these are great!" - and I love horseradish. I'll probably make them once in a while, but they won't be a regular at our house.

My husband loves horseradish so I knew ahead of time that this would be a hit with him, but I also liked it very much.

This was a great change to potatoes and very simple to make. Not sure if they were to be cut, I left them whole and cut at the end which saved me some trouble. Hint of flavor, not overpowering. Tastes a lot better than it sounds!

Exactly what I want in a microwave recipe...quick and easy to make and very tasty to boot! I didn't have horseradish on hand so I tried this with horseradish sauce. The result was fantastic and I'll be making this one again and again.

Very Good. Tastes similar to sauerkraut on mashed potatoes, which I am a fan of.

I love microwave recipes. It's hard to find new ways to put zip into plain potatoes. The ingredients seemed a little odd for potatoes but this one really was a terrific change of taste. Who knew!--that horesradish and lemom juice went together so well with spuds. It's a keeper. I'll make it again.

I made these using the ingredients, but I boiled the potatoes instead of microwaving, then added everything else. They were yummy!!! Great new taste, wonderful with beef.
