It was good, pretty basic and a good addition to the table when you have a bunch of more adventurous items going on. It wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be. I even used a spicy horseradish. If you are looking for a kick maybe a few good shakes of tabasco?

My entire family loved this recipe. We also discovered that, spread between two pieces of bread and then heated, it makes an awesome grilled cheese sandwich!

I'm not a fan of processed cheese but my family loves this cheese (actually, I do too!). It's a lot like a "bar" cheese and makes a nice amount. I put in small crocks and cover in the frig for several fresh looking servings.

YUM! This is a great cheese spread that's very simple (and cheap) to make. I didn't bother melting the Velveeta using a double boiler. I just melted it on 50% power in the microwave in a glass bowl. You can also get away with lite mayo in this recipe. Use a good strong horseradish to give it a little kick. This is great served cold with crackers, veggies, or spread over rye cocktail bread. (If you want to change it up - add some crispy hickory smoked crumbled bacon) This also works good warm as a topping for cheesesteaks, roast beef sandwiches, and grilled burgers.
