didn't come out great for me?? I think I should have tenderized my boneless chops then grilled longer int he pan so seal in the juice. mine were dry. Will try again with those changes.

Excellent.I didn't change a thing and my husband loved it. He is a creature of habit and finds fault with every new dish. BUT this one he raved about. Even took leftovers for lunch. That's a real thumbs up.

My whole family loved this! The only thing I did different was that I floured and browned my pork chops, and I added an extra tablespoon of honey. This was so amazing! We will definitely have this more often!

Great sauce but I would marinate the chicken in some extra sauce 1 day before cooking. The middle of the pork was a little dry.

This was tasety hwoever teh meat was a little dry. I did not cook as long as the receipe called for due to other comments but hte meat was still a little dry. Next time I will take the advise of marinating meat. Also, I did score the meat before cooking so as to soak up the juices.

Great recipe with a good combo of sweet and salty. I made extra sauce so the pork chops would be almost submerged while in the oven. They were very tender and yummy!

We thought this was great. Followed all ingredients exactly, but marinated the pork in the mixture for about 8 hours instead. Then took the pork out, browned both sides and put in baking dish with the marinade. Very delicious and flavorful.

These went over so well last night with my fiance and company. I didn't have any ginger so I used 1 clove of garlic minced. I added about 5 drops of spicy brown mustard (love sweet and spicy together)and sub'd olive oil for the veggie oil. My chops were a bit on the thin side so they were done in about 35 mins. Had I cooked them the whole hour they would have been a bit too dry. This is a keeper, thank you so much!

My whole family enjoyed these. I doubled the honey as suggested by others. I also put lemon pepper on chops before cooking them on the griddle. I then cooked for 30 minutes covered in oven and 30 minutes uncovered. Used corn starch and water to make gravy out of juice. Yummm.

The sauce was marvelous but the pork chops were very dry. I should have gone with my first instinct and not have cooked them for so long. One hour was way to long to chops, twenty minutes to half and hour would probably have been plenty of time. Will try again but will cook for much lell time.

This was good. I think it may have been even better for it to marinade for a few hours. The only change I made was to cover it while cooking. I tend to think pork just comes out more tender when covered in the oven. Great recipe!

My husband couldn't get enough of these. He told me it was a 5 star recipe and he's a tough critic when it comes to food. I did add garlic and doubled the sauce. I also marinated them longer than stated in the recipe.
