very good and I love the light texture. I mixed it in the bread machine (I did add a little more honey) and then baked it in the oven 375 for about 25 min. My mom use to say when baking bread, "Bake it until it looks done and then 5 min. longer." It made 3 mini loaves. It was wonderful with apple butter. I will make it again.

I like the texture of this bread, but really just tasted like flour. I doubt I'll make it again.

I made this traditionally as another user suggested, it came out well enough. I loved the consistency of the bread but even with extra honey the taste wasn't exactly WOW. It was super easy but I think other recipes with a little more effort would yield a better flavor.

This is my new gold standard recipe. I slice it thick for toast or thin for sandwiches. I can't buy individual portions of yeast, so one package of yeast is 2.5 tsp. I mix everything in my bread maker on the dough cycle. Then I put the dough into a bread pan and bake in a 375F (190C) oven for 30 minutes. I have made nearly a dozen loaves with this recipe and it has been perfect each time!

Simple and good, especially for beginner bread makers. I simply let the bread machine do all the work. Honestly, this recipe is foolproof.

This is a great recipe. I added 1/2 cup brown sugar to get an awesome pre-dinner bread. I took it to work and it was gone in a couple of minutes!

I don't have a bread machine, so I made this the conventional way. It still turned out to be the softest bread recipe that I have found. Great for sandwiches! I let it rise three times (two in a bowl and third in the loaf pan) and then baked at 375 for 30 minutes. I also placed a pan of water in the bottom of the oven for humidity. Next time, I'll add a little more honey, because I like the bread to be sweet.

good tasting, simple recipe, a little bit of a heavy texture. I added flax seeds to it too :)

This was really good. I like the lighter texture than all whole wheat. I added a little extra honey and some cardomom and rose water. Turned out great; the kids love it.

This is a good basic whole wheat bread. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it has a very soft texture, like a store bought bread, and I prefer a bit more density.
