These were so good! I didn't have dry mustard so I used 2 TBS of dijon mustard, and I upped the butter to 3 TBS., the honey to 3 TBS, added 2 tsp. onion powder and about 3 TBS of olive oil. Of course I diced about 6 large red potatoes. I placed that potatoes in a lined 11x17 baking sheet and topped w/ the remaning ingredients. I baked for 50 minutes and finished under the broiler for about 3 minutes. I served w/ grilled filet mignons and roasted aparagus w/ parm. cheese. It was a most excellent meal, and I highly recommend this recipe. Do try the dijon mustard as it gave the potatoes a zippy taste.

I had to mix up this recipe a bit. I left out the dry mustard and used some cayenne pepper in its place. I also substituted chicken broth for the melted butter. I added a little bit extra honey. The cook time on these actually took over an hour even though I had cut the potatoes into eighths. The honey was very yummy and I enjoyed these.

These were good. However, the amount of honey didn't even show through at all the first time I made them. Also, I needed to cook mine at a higher temp for a ittle longer to brown the potatoes. Great idea, easy, just I thought they needed a few adjustments for my tastes, little more honey, little more time and heat. Thanks for the recipe.

These were very good. I did add an extra tablespoon of honey and left out the onions. I quartered the potatoes and then cut the quarters in half so that they would be done in 35 minutes. I broiled them for 5 more minutes to make them crispy. I was sad that there weren't any leftovers.

These were delicious. I will definately make again. I did not have any dry mustard, so I used 2 teaspoons of regular yellow mustard. I used a vidalia onion and roasted them for an hour. The onions became carmelized and the potatoes had just the right consistency. Yummy!

I make these all the time and can't believe I haven't rated it. I use less butter and broil for last 2 minutes or so to get them nice and caramelized. Crunchy! Delicious! A staple recipe.

My family loved these potatoes! I made it for 8 servings and followed the recipe almost exact. I put a lil more honey and a lil more salt, and I also made my wedges smaller. It was a great change from the same boring potatoes!

Simply delicious! I boiled the potato for 5 minutes first and then I baked them. I doubled the honey and butter ingredients, too. These were really, really, REALLY great!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed these!!! Will keep on rotation!!

Made this last night as one of the sides with ribs. Very very good! I increased the butter to 3 Tab and increased the baking time to one hour as I was making the ribs in a 350 oven. Will be making this one often - thanks!

These potatoes were very good, but not as wonderful as I thought they would be. To me, they seemed a little greasy, even after I reduced the amount of butter. Most of my family enjoyed them as well, but I did not find them as incredibly amazing as others have.
