This recipes was good! I added more onions and istead of chopping some of them, I left some whole rings of onions for more flavor. :]

This is a nice, slightly sweet side dish. It works with russet or red potatoes, and I usually cut them in quarter inch slices to speed up the cooking time a little.

It could have used more honey but very good.

I was not to crazy for these potatoes as I think more honey needed to be added. The potatoes also I found needed a much longer cooking time as stated in this recipe. I did omit the dry mustard and added a squirt of Dijon mustard instead which worked well. I will make this again but, I will be adding more honey to it.

Wasn't a potato fan growing up much to the dismay of my family. Tried this recipe to try to meet their potato cravings......they love it and so do I! Never a left over. I like the baby new red potatoes personally. Definitely a keeper

Super easy to do. Kids really liked this recipe, so I give it 4 stars. It was just so-so for me. I used roasted garlic olive oil instead of butter. I doubled the amount for the sauce. Make sure to give them enough room in the pan so they will roast and carmelize instead of steam. Definitely stir every ten minutes or so.

Really fantastic, went great with a peppercorn turkey breast I made. I tossed the potatoes and onion with the vinaigrette, then spread them on the pan. That made for a better coating. Some of the honey will burn, but it's easy to clean up if you use a silicone baking mat or some parchment paper.

Everytime I make this people ask for the recipe. I add in more honey than it calls for. It's one of my favorites!

Very good, very easy. I used half the butter, cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces, and salt and peppered to taste. Cooked for about an hour, stirring every 10-20 minutes. A mellow sweet flavor.

These are so tasty! I love the slight sweetness from the honey and the tang of the mustard. I've made this recipe several times. Each time I tweaked it a bit more. I've added a little more butter and more honey and they're great! This last time I added some bottled mustard (you know, the stuff you put on hot dogs) and it gave it more of a bite. My boyfriend loves these and he's not usually one to like sweet potatoes of any kind. Really good! We make these when we make roast. One tip - To keep things simple and tidy for clean up, I put these into aluminum foil and make a pouch of it. I either make a big batch in one pouch or I break it up into a couple pouches. They are perfectly cooked in the 35 min time frame and best of all -- Easy cleanup!

I didn't think these were as great as the review. I think roasted potatoes are better with olive oil, garlic and fresh rosemary alone. I guess I was expecting better.
