I love raisin bread so wanted to try this one. The only changes I made was to add 1 teaspoon, maybe a teaspoon and a half of cinnamon to the batter. I also added a vanilla glaze to the top. It came out a little dry but then I discovered when I went to put something in the microwave that I forgot to put the butter in. It was wonderful as is but can't wait to try it with the butter, that probably will keep it from being dry, Thank you for the great recipe, I will probably never buy raisin bread again.

This bread was really easy to make, and had a great taste too! Not too sweet, tasted very much like raisin bran cereal. I loved it!

Yummy! I used raisin bran cereal and reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup after reading lots of reviews that said this was too sweet. I also added a teaspoon of cinnamon and used 2 tb molasses 2 tb honey instead of just 1/4 c honey. It didn't rise very high, but it was very moist and tasted like a cinnamon chip muffin!

Pretty good. I do think it's a bit sweet, like others, but I'm also quite picky about my sweets. I'm glad the sweetness is all from honey, though. I don't have bran cereal so I used shredded wheat, and it worked just as well. I like the wholesomeness of this; it is like a bran muffin, only sweeter. Thanks for the recipe!

Simply delicious! Unlike others, I did not find this overly sweet. It was just right for a bread that is basically more like a raisin bran muffin. I used All Bran cereal and let the raisins soak in the milk and cereal mixutre for 5 minutes to get them soft. I added 1 tsp. of cinnamon and 1 tsp. of vanilla to the mixture. Smells great and tastes good too.

I like my sweet breads and this one did not disappoint me. I used raisin brain cereal and ate half of the loaf myself.

Pretty darn sweet. And, being a quick bread, you can't unroll it like you can for a yeast-based rolled cinnamon-raisin bread. Which is half the fun.

This turned out perfectly! I followed the recipe exactly, except I added 2 tablespoons of poppy-seeds and a handful of slivered almonds as well. This recipe is great for breakfast on the run. Thanks for this great recipe that uses bran flakes!
