It's very tasty adn easy to make. It would be better for me if it were spicy by adding some hot peppers, but that's just me.

I cut the OJ back to 1/2 cup, and I still found the orange taste a tad overpowering. I cut the honey back and added a little bit of soy sauce. I also added minced garlic and water chesnuts. Substituted broccoli for the celery. I enjoyed it much more than I would have the original way. I liked the overall taste, though. Would make again using even less OJ.

We all really enjoyed this recipe. I think that there are a few things that are helpful however. I substituted broccoli for celery---2 cups of celery just was too much for me. Also, they say 2 TSP of oil to stir fry and this isn't enough at all, it doesn't even coat the bottom of the skillet. The veggies need to be cooked quite a long time-I think I did 20 minutes and they were still very hard. I also added the peanuts to the veggie mix and cooked them together. The sauce is very sweet-not too sweet but it's not a sweet/sour taste. I like my Asian-inspired dishes to have a bit more "kick" to them. All and all, it was really good and we will make it again. It is a healthy meal with low saturated fat which is always great.

Absolutely amazing! I didn't have any oj on hand so I just used water. I used carrots and peppers (red and green) with the chicken. This was just SO amazing!

This is so easy to prepare; in fact, so easy that my son's scout group has prepared it out on the camp site. To the basic recipe I add 1 chopped onion and some red pepper flakes to give it some heat. We prefer cashews to the peanuts and we use a brown/wild rice blend. This is one of my family's favorites.

This is a great recipe to try even just once. I think it's absolutely delicious. In fact it's the first time I review a recipe and out of the 25 or so I've added to my recipe box, I chose this one to rate. The only thing I change is I use cashews instead of peanuts.

Like many others, to me the recipe is a "guideline". This is a good one. Changes I made are: less honey, I added water chestnuts, some garlic and other vegetables and I added chili sauce to the liquid mixture and while stir frying I added red pepper flakes. It came out fantastic. I served the whole thing over fried egg noodles. My husband loved it.

I thought this was a good base recipe, but it needed something more--the honey was a little overpowering. I think next time I'll use more soy sauce and less honey, fresh ginger instead of ground, and maybe some red pepper flakes. Like I said, a good base though.

This was a big hit for dinner; my husband really liked it. The only thing I changed from the recipe was to use cashews instead of peanuts. The ginger adds a nice, subtle flavor and I was surprised to taste more orange than honey in the sauce. I might experiment with the proportions when I make it again... and I will definitely be making it again!

I thought this was a great basic recipe for stir fry. I did make a few changes. I first sauted onions and garlic, then added a bag of frozen stir fry veggies. Overall, very tasty!

This is so good. I bought a package of frozen stir fry veggies on sale and was looking for something to do with them. I did add a half of package of cooked noodles (used Chinese style, similar to spaghetti) as I put the orange juice mixture in. We loved it.

Hey, Thanks Tammi - this well definitely be a fav in my house. This recipe was easy, quick, and tasty. i did do a few things different, instead of celery and carrots... i added WESTPAC yellow carrot stir fry veggies (cheap knock-off brand; instead of plain OJ i used Pinapple OJ (orchard); and added a pinch of brown sugar. this was DELICIOUS .... YOU'RE the BOMB !! a great date meal.
