Lots of honey and mustard go into this great sauce, but there's also orange juice, tarragon, Worcestershire and white wine. Just pour over thinly-cut pork chops and marinate for a few hours in the fridge. Grill and enjoy.

A fabulous alternative to the traditional holiday turkey. Tofu is formed into a mold, stuffed with bread stuffing mix, and baked. Slice into wedges and serve with your favorite side dishes.

Pork chops never had it so good. First they're rubbed with pungent herbs and tucked into the fridge overnight. Then they're grilled and double-basted with a three-mustard sauce and sweet, thick honey.

Cordon Bleu Rollups with Honey Mustard Wine sauce

Rollups of chicken breast, Swiss cheese and ham are baked and topped with a white wine/honey/mustard sauce. This is one of my favorites. It was trial and error. Play with the ingredient amounts, because I never use a recipe and these are approximations!

This recipe is very easy and makes delicious bratwurst. My guests always ask for these during football season. You won't be able to get enough onions and peppers in the slow cooker because every time we make them, we run out! This recipe is for 10. If you have a very large slow cooker, you can get 15 in, but most can only hold 10 (you may need another slow cooker if making more).

A dollop of apricot jam and a dash of curry take this chicken baked in honey mustard sauce to new heights.
