Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the first six ingredients. Slowly add oil; process until smooth. Stir in parsley. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
