Very good. The only thing I changed was that I baked at 375 for 35-40 minutes. The mustard flavor is very light.

I subbed 1 cup of whole wheat flour for the AP flour, and added lemon thyme. Really good! Makes great grilled cheese sandwiches!

I really liked the flavour of this. I did let it rise for a lot longer on the second rising, about 2 hours. I found that it was a little dry and crumbly on the edges when sliced. I served it with dinner last night and then used what was leftover for my lunch today. It makes excellent ham sandwiches. Thanks.

This was good and offered a slightly different taste. I liked it better toasted as it was somewhat dry, but I realize that could have been something I did as an inexperienced baker. I love trying new and different recipes, and this is one I would call different. Thank you!
