Ingredients

  • 8 beef frankfurters
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add frankfurters and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through; drain.
  2. Heat butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until translucent. Stir in ketchup, mustard and honey. Stir in frankfurters.
