I asked my fella to rate this and he said: 'MMM! Four and a half!" I decided to rate up instead of down for how easy it was; and out of relief. I wasn't so sure about this one as i cooked it (Boiled funny, chicken didn't brown as it usually does) but everything was a-ok! (Psst- flour works for cornmeal and the syrup in a can of pinapples works for pinapple juice!)

We did not like this, pineapple juice was overpowering and when ginger was added sauce became bitter. I didn't use it on the chicken.

I Marinated the chicken tenders in the sauce for an hour then grilled them. They were very good but next time I would not use the pineapple juice. I like the plain honey mustard taste. I only used 6 ounces of pineapple juice and the taste was still very strong.

I loved this recipe. I used spicy brown mustard and made the chicken on a stove-top grill pan and it worked fine. It's easy to put together and the pineapple juice adds even more sweetness to the honey. Delicious!

I just made this tonight. It was very easy to put together and it tasted great. I didn't have pineapple juice, so I used pear juice (Gerber!), but the flavor was still great. I only had pieces of chicken, so I have leftover sauce. I'll probably buy more chicken tomorrow and use up the rest of the it. I wasn't sure I really liked the addition of the cornstarch. I might try making it next time without it.

sauce is excellent..added 1 teaspoon sugar..cooked chicken breasts with sauce..made chicken wraps w/ lettuce tomatoes..mmm good
