Great side dish with a nice combination of sweet and spicy! I used a steam in bag of baby carrots and cut back on the cumin just a bit. Overall very tasty!

This was an interesting recipe and I'm glad I tried it. It really opened up some possibilites of different ways to prepare carrots for me. The cumin was over whelmng but that was because didn't properly scae down the ingredients to the qauntity of carrots I was making. Thanks for sharing.

This recipe has potential. We found that the cumin overpowered the carrots giving them an odd taste. We recommend trying the sauce without the cumin first.

We love a good curry, love carrots, but this didn't really tickle us the right way. We finished it off but won't make it quite this way again.

This is a fabulously different way to enjoy carrots. I made these for New Years dinner and they were greatly praised. Wouldn't change a thing.

A very delicious side dish and so easy. We really enjoyed these. I used baby cut carrots,kept them whole and boiled them as the recipe states. I will definitely be making these again.
