This one wasn't for us. My kids love carrots and they only took one bite of these.

Tasted as delicious as it smelled on the stove! A very savory and aromatic side dish. I paired it with mild flavours - steak and corn on the cob. Perfect! (And the leftover sauce was soooo good on the corn...)

Wonderful carrot recipe. I am always looking for tasty ways to prepare vegetables. The cumin was especially nice, it gave the carrots a bit of a kick. Not hot exactly, but made them very different. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this dish.

I cut baby carrots in half to make these. It was good for something different. Especially the cinnamon made it interesting.

My family did not like these. I made two pounds for eight guests at Easter, and no one finished what they put on their plate.

I made this without the mustard, and replaced the butter with olive oil. This gave it more of a Moroccan taste...I love the combination of honey and cumin. Wow! A keeper.

These were excellent! I wish we had more to eat! I used baby carrots and cut them into strips. The sauce was delicious! I was afraid the cumin would be overpowering, but it wasn't. Just the right amount of seasoning.

Yum. A little too much mustard for me but really tasty! I consider Parsley a prop for the pic & realized I was out. I don't think that would have changed the taste that much and we still really liked these.

Cooked carrots aren't one of my favorite dishes but this was super good! I took it to a family dinner and it was gone! Great blend of flavors.

These were very tasty! I used baby carrots since I had a bunch left over. I followed the recipe exactly and they were very good! My hubby loved it too :o)

These were really good. The combination of honey mustard and cumin is different, but good! The sauce from the carrots works very well with couscous.

This was a tasty way to prepare carrots and so easy. I just cut the carrots in quarters - and cooked them until fork tender in a microwave. I used half the butter called for, and next time will add a few fresh herbs (oregano and thyme). Thanks for the recipe, Jean.

This is an excellent recipe! Instead of the julienned carrots, I used baby carrots and steamed until tender. This is going to be served this Sunday for our family's Easter dinner. Nice combination of flavors. Hubby raved about them!
