Honey-Mustard Beef Kabobs
SUBMITTED BY:
Suzanne Mckinley

"Here's an easy entree that's sure to get mustard lovers all fired up. Suzanne McKinley of Lyons, Georgia relies on the tangy condiment to season these beefy skewers. A bit of the no-fuss sauce is set aside for dipping."

Wow! Very good! I ended up marinating the meat for about an hour, then I threaded the skewers with onions and green peppers as well. Grilled on my George Foreman grill at 350 for 8 mins. I used chuck roast (store didn't have any sirloin), and tenderized it a bit. Meat was very juicy and delicious! The sauce was very good, spicy, but good and is even better as a dipping sauce. Served with long grain & wild rice. Will make these again for sure!

Very good recipe. I used Deli-style mustard and I thought it was going to be too strong, but my family loved it! I will try it next time with a milder mustard.

These were pretty good. I made these on a night that it was too cold to grill outside, so I put them in the broiler for about 15 minutes, which worked really well.

WOW! This was a delicious marinade. I added red and yellow peppers to the skewers with the beef, but that was the only change. My guests raved about the shish kebabs and they were gone in a flash. The marinade as a dipping sauce was awesome as well.

This was so easy and really very good. It literally takes 10 minutes to cut up the meat and mix in the marinade. I used a cut of London broil cut into 1 inch pieces. I used less mustard (about 1/4 cup) and added a dash of garlic chili sauce. I threaded the beef, tomatoes and onion onto skewers and in the time it took heat the barbecue, the kabobs had really marinated and turned out really well, very juicy and flavorful. My family really enjoyed them. This is a keeper!
