'Should've waited another to day to make this. I didn't have time to bake it the day I marinated it. The marinade began to cook it, toughen it. I subbed boneless, skinless chicken; but I'm sure pork would be the same. Lesson relearned. :l 'Probably be good in enchiladas. Very limetasting.

This was absolutely delicious!!! I will definitely make this again! I cut the recipe in half and only used the juice of one lime, then used more honey than the 2 tbs, (I really wanted my pork chops to have a glaze.) I then used 1/3 cup of soy and I added some teriyaki marinade about 1/3 of that. I also added more garlic, because i love the flavor. These were fantastic!! I skipped the sauce, these had more than enough flavor with out it. I soaked over night and threw some vidalia onion in it too. I grilled it for lunch today, and it was a huge hit!

This is one of my favorite recipes from this site!! I can't believe some people thought this was bland - my husband was licking his fingers and telling me to open a restaurant! haha Try this one, I thought it was fabulous. PS - I usually don't bother making the sauce, the marinade is the real shining star here.

It was ok. Not as really the taste I was looking for. Was hoping more for a sweet/sour taste.

Fantastic just as is! I use the marinade for the pork on other meats now too!

Thanks for a delicious recipe! It was fantastic, even my 5 & 7 yr-olds loved it. I didn't have low sodium soy sauce so I used 1/4 regular and 1/4 water and it turned out just fine. Also, instead of grilling, I baked them at 350 degrees for 40 mins.

This is my new favorite grilled pork chop recipe! As usual in my house, the meat marinated for only about 4-5 hours instead of overnight, but it didn't seem to matter that much, because the meat came out very tender with an incredible flavor. The sauce was also very good. My whole family liked this recipe very much, which is quite the accomplishment! These were even better the next day, heated up and placed on top of a bed of lettuce....MMMMM!!!! Thanks so much for this one...it is easy, healthy, and tasty!

Really liked these- easy to mix up with great flavor, and a bit of carmelization from the honey. (I did not make the sauce, there was really no need).

I was disappointed... the recipe seemed really interesting and I was expecting a different flavor. I must say that the pork chops tasted very normal if not bland. Nobody was impressed. Sorry but I'm definitely not using this recipe again.

This was excellent. I only do 2 chops for me and my son so I cut the marinade in half, and only had three hours to marinade them, but it was really great. I also cut the sauce in half and added some white wine and one small shallot to the sauce. So good, thank you for sharing, simple and delicious and we will surely do this again!!
