This was a very good, easy recipe. I still felt it needed a little something--perhaps a fresh herb? But my husband and I both enjoyed it.

I had my doubts about this one when I smelled the sauce cooking but man, this is a GREAT recipe! We absolutely loved it! Served it over white rice & got RAVE reviews from my honey...
