This is my new favorite grilled pork chop recipe! As usual in my house, the meat marinated for only about 4-5 hours instead of overnight, but it didn't seem to matter that much, because the meat came out very tender with an incredible flavor. The sauce was also very good. My whole family liked this recipe very much, which is quite the accomplishment! These were even better the next day, heated up and placed on top of a bed of lettuce....MMMMM!!!! Thanks so much for this one...it is easy, healthy, and tasty!

Really liked these- easy to mix up with great flavor, and a bit of carmelization from the honey. (I did not make the sauce, there was really no need).

I was disappointed... the recipe seemed really interesting and I was expecting a different flavor. I must say that the pork chops tasted very normal if not bland. Nobody was impressed. Sorry but I'm definitely not using this recipe again.

This was excellent. I only do 2 chops for me and my son so I cut the marinade in half, and only had three hours to marinade them, but it was really great. I also cut the sauce in half and added some white wine and one small shallot to the sauce. So good, thank you for sharing, simple and delicious and we will surely do this again!!

I only used the marinade, but it was very good! I will use this on chicken also.

These were excellent, juicy and flavorful. I marinated them overnight, (I used the boneless, thick pork chops from Costco.) Grilled them on my Kitchenaid Griddler for about 12 minutes, (my gas grill was out of gas). My son said I should use this recipe from now on with these chops. Thanks for a great recipe.

This was a very good, easy recipe. I still felt it needed a little something--perhaps a fresh herb? But my husband and I both enjoyed it.

I had my doubts about this one when I smelled the sauce cooking but man, this is a GREAT recipe! We absolutely loved it! Served it over white rice & got RAVE reviews from my honey...
