Refreshing and good. Made for a light breakfast this morning. I used oranges, crushed drained pineapple, red grapes, strawberries, and banana. That was what I had on hand. I also decreased the honey to 1tspn. Loved the fresh lime juice and zest with a tad of sweetness. The fruits sweetness shined through so I didn't want to overdo the honey. Great fruit salad!

We really loved this fruit salad. The combination of fruits went together very well. I opted to use fresh pineapple and oranges and did not use the bananas. The lime and honey dressing was just perfect.

WOW! I ate a small bowl before serving to family! Very tasty and satisfying. I picked fruits that were on sale from the market - blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, honey due melon. I used True Lime packets instead of the real lime (had it on hand). I highly recommend this recipe and we'll be making it again. Especially if there's a "food day" at work!

Made this for a potluck and it was a huge hit. I didn't follow the fruits listed, just bought whatever looked good at the farmers market.

This was delish! I didn't change a thing. The lime zest really added a nice zing to this dish. Perfect with the Easter leg of lamb! The fruit was actually better the next day with breakfast after all the flavors combined. This is a definite keeper!

Adding about a 1/4 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger to this fruit salad puts it over the top. Refreshing and delicious!

... as I came to review this I realize I completely forgot to add the mandarin oranges - I'm sure they were delicious, but this recipe had earned 5 stars from me anyways. Six people demolished it and one literally sipped the leftover juice from the serving bowl. The dressing is mild and pleasant and the acidity blends everything together beautifully - I don't enjoy bananas but even I liked eating them in here. I didn't want to make it far in advance to save the bananas and without a good long drain the canned fruit made it a little soggy - next time I think I'll omit the pineapple juice in the dressing and just let it ooze out of the fruit. Thanks so much for sharing!

When I started making this, I thought I had everything on hand except the kiwis. Apparently I'm out of mandarin oranges (so I used peaches), and bf must be gobbling the bananas bc I only had one left. I used lemon peel instead of lime peel. We both tasted the citrus, which was nice, but didn't taste the honey or the pineapple juice, so not really sure why those are added. Thanks for a quick, easy fruit salad.

tired of the same old birthday sweets at the office everyone brings every time someone has a birthday? Take this and muffins! An actual breakfast instead of cake at 9 in the morning like usual. Added fresh blueberries and black raspberries I had in the freezer from summer. Add any fruit. I doubled the amount of honey and lime mixture since I added more fruit.
