We tried this recipe last nite for the first time and it was a HUGE hit! I added a wee bit more ginger than called for and marinated the salmon a bit longer (due to a phone call holding us up). The salmon had a wonderfully sweet, smoking flavor. It was rated 5 stars by both adults and children. The only thing I may try differently next time is to add crushed, fresh garlic instead of the garlic powder, and perhaps let it marinate even a wee bit longer. Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe that has now become part of our summer grilling rotation!
