I am only reviewing the honey-garlic sauce. I did not change any ingredients for the sauce. However, I used meatballs I already had in the freezer. The sauce is amazing. My family loved it.

I followed the recipe exactly the first time and thought it was way too tangy and sweet. The second time around I cut the honey a bit and added about half a cup of barbecue sauce. The sauce was perfect after I added the bbq sauce and they weren't too bbqy.

Great appetizer or potluck dish. Love them!! These meatballs were sooo good! The sauce was incredible. I added a little less ketchup but other then that I followed the recipe to a T. My kids loved these as well. Great with rice.

My 3 year old daughter and I love this recipe! My husband likes it but thinks it is too sweet, which is why my daughter and I like it so much. I always double the sauce and serve it over brown rice. One of my favorites!

These were great! It is all about the sauce! The first time I made them it was a bit runny. I suggest that you add less milk. Also, I lightly fried mine in olive oil prior to putting them in the oven to bake so that they would hold together.

My family loves this recipe. The first time I made I did it as per my DH's instructions of no tweeking until we know. They were great. But then I tweeked and added a dash of balsamic vinegar and about a half cup brown sugar to the sauce recipe and changed the ground beef to hot italian sausage. OMG so good.

I love this as do most of my children, but my husband forbids me to make it when he's home. I think he's nuts because it is one of my favorite recipes!

I was searching around for ground hamburger recipes, and since I had all the ingredients to make this, I thought I would give it a shot. Thanks to the "servings calulator" I was able to make 3 servings. At first I was a little leary of the sauce...it was so tangy! But, after the meatballs were added it tasted great! My (small) revisions: instead of egg I used 1 tablespoon olive oil, and I added a -tad- bit more honey to the sauce. I think next time I will lower the soy sauce and up the honey...just a little bit. I will definatley be making this again!!

My family liked these, but we agreed that the sauce was on the too-sweet side and thicker than we would have liked. Next time I will cut the ketchup with some beef stock to see if that keeps the sauce thinner and less syrupy sweet. Also, I added a teaspoon of oregano, 1 minced garlic clove and minced scallions to the meat mixture to give it more flavor. The breadcrumbs I used were fresh whole wheat and they worked nicely. I shaped one tray of 1 1/2 inch meatballs and had enough mixture left for another tray of mini-meatballs (1/2 inch) that I will freeze and throw into a soup later this week.

This was absolutely amazing! Comfort food at its finest! I cooked the meatballs for 10 then sprinkled them with garlic powder and cooked them for 5 more minutes. Served with macaroni and cheese, this was the best tasting dish I've made in a while!

These had a surprisingly good flavor. I wished I had made extra of the sauce but overall I found it to be a tasty different type of meatball.

They were very good but I doubled the sauce and felt it was just a little too much sauce. But the recipe itself was great!

These were really yummy! Instead of using garlic cloves I used garlic powder instead. I'd recommend this to anybody that loves honey and garlic.
