I love this recipe and use it whenever I make a strawberry salad. (Mixed field greens, strawberries, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, feta cheese, red onion, craisins, perhaps some crumbled bacon...) This dressing is PERFECT for that salad. I originally found the dressing recipe along with a recipe for that salad, so I think the two are made for one another. We just made this tonight and it's as delicious as ever! Yum!

I really thought it would be good, but it was too thick, too gritty and i would not make it again. Nobody touched it.

I was pleasantly surprised. Looking at the ingredients, they didn't sound too appetizing together, but the dressing is the perfect balance between sweet and acidic. I substituted 1/4 tsp onion powder for the grated onion.
