I love baked Brie. This is an easy and delicious way to prepare it. Any kind of jam may be used in place of cranberry sauce (I like raspberry). I have been told by many that they'd like to make a meal out of it.

This round wheel of Brie is dusted with curry powder, then spread with a mango chutney, studded with chopped cashews, and baked until the cheese inside the rind is melted. The sweet/savory combination is creamy and delicious.

There 's lots of honey and pecans in this pie. Honey is heated on the stovetop until bubbly, and then chopped pecans, butter, eggs, vanilla and nutmeg are stirred in. This thick, luscious filling is poured into a prepared pie crust and baked in the oven until set.

A gentle blend of honey, onions and mustard that goes great with chicken as a dip, BBQ sauce or as a sandwich spread. Easy enough to be prepared while your chicken cooks.

Brie cheese smothered with fresh figs cooked with brown sugar, vanilla, and almonds, then baked until almost melted. Serve warm with water crackers as a wonderful holiday appetizer or special treat during fig season. Canned figs in syrup may be substituted for fresh by reducing the brown sugar to 1/4 cup and replacing the water with syrup.
