I found this exact recipe for the crockpot yesterday. The flavor wasn't too bad. It was missing something though. I didnt have curry powder & found a review that replaced it with onion & garlic powder.

I have been making a version of this recipe for years and my family loves it. I however, use course grain dijon mustard giving it texture and making it even more delicious.

This is SO yummy! I've made it many times. My brother and SIL love it when I make it for them! I did cut down on the butter.

I love this recipe. I had this great Polish cookbook, and this recipe was in there but it called for rabbit.

My family LOVES this recipe - and so easy! I always pound my chicken breasts flatter so when placed in the 9x13 pan, the sauce covers completely. As it bakes, it will reduce some, leaving the chicken golden. Also, I use 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. Yummy!!

This is too easy to be this good! I do add a little garlic as well as a tiny bit of onion, but it tastes good as written.

This was an incredible dish! So yummy and easy. Only suggestion is to cut the butter in half. You can also cook it on 400 degrees for an hour with the chicken dish covered in foil. Just stick it in, let it cook and enjoy eating it!!!

This was very good. I used chicken breasts cut into pieces. As per many other reviewers suggestions, I cut the butter in half and doubled the curry powder. I will probably add even more curry powder as it will still quite subtle. Delicious served over rice.

Delcious, unique flavor! I used thin sliced chicken breasts and cut the recipe down to better fit my smaller amount of chicken. This was great!

I love it when I find a recipe that's this simple but tastes fantastic. I used skinless, boneless chicken thighs instead of a whole cut-up chicken. Didn't change anything else, other than to cover it with foil for first bit as suggested by someone else. This will become a regular in our kitchen. Thanks so much for a great recipe!

Really delicious! I will try to marinate the chicken in the sauce the next time to enhance the flavor, but every person I've made this for (especially my family) already loves it.

This is a good dish! I made it when my boyfriend's niece stayed with us. They both loved it! Being that I don't eat chicken very often, I only ate a little bit of it, but this is defiantly a keeper!

Absolutely amazing. I halved the butter as previous reviews suggested, and used a combination of chicken breasts (cut in half)for my husband and myself, and drumsticks for the kids. SO delicious. I found myself sipping spoonfuls of the sauce as I was "cleaning" up after dinner...

Made recipe as is except used chicken tenders instead of a whole chicken, is very simple both to make and to the taste. My kids loved it, my husband thought it was middle of the road.

Enjoyed this recipe, but must agree with other reviwers about the butter. Next time I will cut it down to 1/4 c. Also will cover the chicken for a while so it doesn't burn the tops. For some reason, I didn't read reviews on this before making and for that I am at fault for the chicken swimming in butter.

Really good. I used half the butter as other reviewers had recommended and covered with foil for the first 30 minutes of cooking. I used chicken legs and they came out great. The sauce was perfect with rice. Good recipe, Gretchen!
