This is a good recipe- I like that "what is it" flavor the cheese and buttermilk give to this but I think it will be better for casseroles. It's OK as a stand on it's own sausage but not my first recipe choice.

This was pretty good, but I might add some red pepper flakes next time to give it a kick. Overall, though, easy and delicious!
