I love it when I find a great recipe that I personaly enjoy...just for me! I just made this and it's wonderful! My stove tends to be too hot, so next time I'll try cooking it at a lower heat, but it turned out great! This tastes more like what I remember pudding tasting like back in the 50s. It's much better than store bought boxed instant pudding AND the cooked kind! Update: I tried this without the egg and butter and it turned out a lighter texture. So if you need a firmer texture, use the egg, if not I think it's fine without. Thank you!
