We had a lot of Tomatoes in our garden so we dropped them in boiling water removing the skins, the mashed them up with the food processor, cooked them down for 2 hours, then doubled all the spices from this receipe, added tomatoe soup, then added cornstarch to thicken, then canned this awesome pizza sauce.
Def a great recipe using your tomatoes thru the winter :) Even in pizza Sauce !!!
