Original Recipe Yield 25 - 2 tablespoon servings
 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 pounds honey roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. Pour the peanut oil into the bowl of a food processor. Turn the processor on. As the blade is spinning, gradually add the peanuts. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, about 2 minutes. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.

  • The peanut butter can also be made in a blender. Just be sure to occasionally stop the blender and stir the whole peanuts up from the bottom.
