I was glad to see that I had everything on hand for this, that is the main reason why I picked it over some similar recipes. One thing about the way it printed out it that you read the ingredients from left to right and then down to the next row. I didn't realize this and accidently used 1/4 c butter for the roux instead of the few tbsp it was supposed to be. I'm not sure how this affected the results. The texture was fine but like others have said it was a bit bland, even after adding salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the cheese sauce. I did not brown the breadcrumbs because of a lack of time and I didn't want to use another 1/4 butter, too much fat! To help with the blandness I added some bacon salt after cooking. This is a wonderful, fat free, kosher, low sodium, and vegan seasoning that really tastes just like bacon. This did just the trick and it tasted great.
