Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Use as a substitute for eggs.
