Homemade Coleslaw Dressing
SUBMITTED BY:
Jewel Kiser
"Some cooked dressings can be heavy and overly sweet, especially if they contain cream, but this one isn't. This recipe dates back to 1942. Jewel Kiswer, Cartersville, Georgia"

Thank God! Finally, someone that knows what homemade really means. This dressing is based on a homemade mayo that is absolutely delicious! This dressing wasn't bitter at all. I think that maybe Bobobearzoe got a bad head of cabbage, as cabbage can be very bitter if not ripe. Thanks for the recipe! My whole family, even my young children loved it!

I'm sure if you like a bitter, vinegary, type of flavor, this dressing would be right up your alley, but neither my husband or I could even eat more than one bite. Thanks for the recipe, but won't make again.
