I am not really a big fan of those creamy potato bakes but this one was really nice. So easy to make and very flavourful. I'll add that little gem of a recipe to my collection.

This was a great new way for plain old potatoes. My husband wants me to make these again. I had a bag of russet potatoes at home already so I peeled them first. Will definitely be in a regular rotation at my house.

I really like this dish, and my picky husband does too. I'll definitely make it again. I think it needs some garlic, so I'll try some next time. And there will be a next time. Oh, yeah, Babe!

These were so good. I could eat them every night. I did use fresh rosemary, because I had some and it was wonderful. Thanks.

This was OK, but it was too heavy on the onion taste for me. That is probably expected because of onion soup mix! But it overpowered the potatoes. I couldn't taste the rosemary at all.
